Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pink Health Reset (PHR), our goal is to provide digital metabolic-health guidance, research bundles, and structured consultations in a transparent and ethical manner. Because all offerings are digital, knowledge-based, and delivered instantly or reserved exclusively for you, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

1. Consultation Services (One-on-One Sessions)

Payments for consultations are non-refundable once a session is booked.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or no-shows are considered fully consumed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

2. Digital Research Bundles / E-Resources

Bundles, reports, and digital resources are delivered immediately after purchase and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, contact us within 72 hours at support@pinkhealthreset.com — we will verify and process a correction.

3. Technical Issues

If you face a technical issue accessing a purchased digital product, we will assist you promptly.

Failure to email us the issue does not make a payment eligible for refund.

4. Legal Note

All refund and cancellation decisions are handled fairly but are final, to maintain the integrity of digital delivery systems and consultation scheduling.
